Herbert oversees all of Zimmer Development Company’s legal matters including real estate and corporate. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duke University and a Juris Doctor Degree from The American University. He is the senior partner with Zimmer and Zimmer, L.L.P., Attorneys at Law, a member of the Board of Directors of Reeds Jewelers, Inc., and a member of numerous professional and civic organizations.
