Seth is responsible for the management of all construction activities. Prior to joining the ZDC team, Seth worked with general contractors and owner/developers to deliver over 6,000 multifamily units throughout the Southeast. He utilizes his experience and knowledge to lead the construction efforts of ZDC’s Development Managers, third-party designers and general contractors to ensure successful project completions. Seth holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
